Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Nutmeg Sauna Company ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or book a consultation, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you book a consultation, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, address or town, and anything you share about your project. We use this information only to contact you, prepare for and hold your consultation, provide quotes and deliver our services.
Scheduling with Calendly
We use Calendly to schedule consultations. When you book, the information you enter is collected and processed by Calendly on our behalf and shared with us. Calendly may use cookies to operate its scheduling tool. See Calendly's privacy notice for details.
Meta Pixel and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit on our site, the buttons you click (for example, a booking button), whether you complete a booking, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own policies.
You can control the ads you see through your Facebook ad preferences, learn more in Meta's privacy policy, or opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses cookies set by Meta (for ad measurement) and Calendly (for scheduling). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though booking may require cookies to be enabled.
Other services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as scheduling and advertising tools), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at [EMAIL].
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
